Focus T25 Workout How To Eat ThatThe problem is, most people arent educated enough to know how to eat that way and TRACKING your nutrition is a great way to educate yourself on how to become an intuitive eater eventually. T25 is all cardio really and P90X is resistance training and cardio. My question is will I be able to retain the strength I gained from P90X with T25 Im worried about losing my strength especially now that I can lift heavier weights and do a lot of pullups. There are additionally simple way of life adjustments one can easily make that can help yo achieve a greater level of fitness.
